a white, queer, trans nonbinary, AuDHD (autistic & ADHD), physically disabled bodyworker who is passionate about helping humans feel at home in their bodies and live out their dreams & desires … liberating the parts that have been repressed, amplified, or distorted. I feel called to work with queer & trans folks as well as people who are healing sexual trauma, unmasking neurodiversity, &/or navigating chronic pain and warmly welcome all who feel drawn to my approach. My approach to Internal Pelvic Attunement comes from a place of clarity & consent. The session starts with space for us to connect & for you to express your current needs. We then move into the bodywork portion of the session which includes Craniosacral Therapy, supportive somatic holds, & therapeutic touch inside the pelvic bowl. We finish with space to integrate, center, & ground before you leave the healing container.
